We are so excited to have the ball rolling on our second location, LoLo’s Fairview! The new space has double the dining capacity (including a private group dining room), ample parking, and will include a small specialty food & wine market. This means more seating for those peak weekend times! We will offer delivery out of this location, too, expanding our delivery area.
We signed a lease for the new space on March 13 and began raising funds through the SMBX bond offering on the 15th. We have until May 1 before we have access to the space, so we’re busy now applying for necessary permits, planning the space renovation and hiring and training more team members. Lots to do and we are feeling energized!
