This pie features locally-grown Asparagus from Winters Farms (Troutdale, Oregon). We start with a White Sauce base and Whole Milk Mozzarella, then top with Shaved Asparagus and Shaved Parmesan. Great with added Ham, Pork Sausage, Lamb Sausage, Bacon or Chicken, too. Pairs well with Bauman’s Orange Blossom Cider, King Estate Rose of Pinot Noir or a Pint of pFriem Pilsner. Enjoy!
